During the heating season in the apartments, the batteries are adjusted independently using taps on the side of the battery. Adjust it as you feel comfortable, but do not turn it off completely. Also, if there is a remote control, you can set the air conditioner to warm/cold mode (by pressing mode on the remote control and selecting «sunshine»/»snowflake»). If this does not help or you are in a coliving, contact the administrator 🙂

To unlock the plate, you need to click on the lock sign until the inscription «Lo» disappears — after which the plate will be unlocked 🙌
When leaving the apartment, it is enough to close the door and write to us in this chat that you have checked out. If you have lived in сoliving, bring the key to the reception and leave it on the desk of the administrator
The laundry room is located on the 5th floor at the end of the corridor, available 24/7. It contains household washing machines, floor dryers for clothes, an iron and an ironing board. Laundry capsules can be purchased from the administrator or you can use your own funds. The laundry is open 24 hours a day.
We have an independent garbage disposal 🗑 The tanks are located in the arch, to the left of the main exit. Additionally, packages can be obtained for free, just contact us ☺️

You can choose the menu of one of our partners (it will be offered upon check-in).

Pick-up time: from 7:00 a.m. on weekdays — Pyrogomania and from 9:00 a.m. everyday Smart_Cafe in the neighboring building of the creative space «Basmanny Dvor» (1 min. from us).

There is both a hearty and a light breakfast, depending on your preferences + drinks included in the complex.

A different, earlier breakfast in the form of a lunch box is possible on request.

You can always order delivery directly to your room by simply specifying the code from the 1st floor door and your number

Since we have implemented the format of apartment&catering, free cleaning is carried out once every 7 days of stay🧹
If necessary, we can offer towel replacement + wet cleaning
There is also a paid cleaning service on request

Accommodation with pets is possible with a refundable deposit and an additional payment. The pet’s weight should not exceed 5 kg. Rodents and birds should be kept in a cage during the entire stay. A guest staying with an animal must ensure the safety of property from damage, as well as prevent noisy behavior of the pet.

Free scanning, printing and photocopying of up to 15 sheets in black and white format.

You can leave your belongings in the luggage room in the shared kitchen on the 3rd and 4th floors, to the left of the refrigerator. If you need to leave your things for more than one day, please let us know.
